Informative report & permission request to the treatment of the personal data pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 196 / June 30th, 2003 - Code for the protection of the personal data.

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 on June 30th, 2003, ATET S.r.l. informs that, for the establishment and the execution of the act contractual relationships with the customers, it is in possession of data concerning the customer, acquired also verbally, directly or through third party, qualified by the law as personal or identification.

With reference to the above data, ATET S.r.l. advises you of what follows:
The data are treated according to the contractual demands, to the fulfilments expected by the legal and contractual obligations, to get an effective management of the commercial relationships.

Data undergo treatment for aims of service supply, managerial, statistical, promotional, of credit tutelage through consultation, elaboration, comparison, interconnection, communication and every other suitable and necessary treatment operation.

The data may be treated on paper, magnetic, electronic and telematic format.
The conferment of data is mandatory for the fulfilment of everything inherent to the legal and contractual obligations. Any refusal to provide them or their treatment could determine for ATET S.r.l. the impossibility to give course to the same contractual relationships.

The missed conferment of the data, not referable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated by ATET S.r.l. and it will determine consequent decisions related to the importance of the data required with respect to the management of the commercial relationship.

The data may be sent in Italy and/or abroad to: credit institutions, companies of insurance, fiscal offices, judicial authorities, professionals and consultants, other public and private subjects necessary for institutional aims. Furthermore the communications and the diffusions made in law obligation execution continue to be understood.

The data will be brought to physical or juridical persons knowledge, which are responsible for ATET S.r.l and to physical persons identified as delegates to perform treatment operations. The data will be treated for all the duration of established commercial relationships, and later for the fulfilment of all the law fulfilments and for future commercial aims.

In accordance to the treatment of the personal data, you’ll be able to exercise one’s rights pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 into the limits and in accordance to the foreseen conditions of the articles 8, 9, 10.

The “owner” of the data treatment, is ATET S.r.l. headquarterd in Turin (Italy), Via G. Da Verrazzano, 42.
